Dems can delay Coney Barrett confirmation

With two Repug Senators on the Judiciary Committee in quarantine with Covid the Dems could boycott the Committee vote. This would deny the necessary quorum for that vote and delay it until after the election. Granted the Committee likely will just vote to do it after the election when they have that quorum, but if they lost the Senate in the election it will further damage their Party brand for future elections. Note that this is a strategy the Repugs have used time and again during the Obama years so the Dems really need to show us they're fighting for us and use this tactic.
