Integral Stage: Meta-Models - Hier(an)archical synplexity

Here’s the outline paper introducing the ideas discussed in the recent Integral Stage: Meta-Models video below. The blurb:

"For the second episode of META-MODELS, we are joined by the postmetaphysical and progressive political thinker, Edward Berge, to discuss his meta- and infra-theoretical model, which he calls hier(an)archical synplexity. Metatheory is that which juxtaposes, organizes, and integrates theories. Hier(an)archical synplexity accomplishes this via its principles of same/difference and the tensegrity that separates yet connects in the overlapping boundary spaces within and between a plurality of complementary yet self-contained theories. Edward's fascinating approach draws equally from postmetaphysical philosophy, embodied cognitive science, cognitive linguistics, Middle Way Buddhist logic, and the principles of dance and t'ai chi.
