The number of Supreme Count Justices has changed 7 times since our country's inception, so this is the precedent. And we know how originalists like Coney Barrett love precedent. The Corp's original Justice count was 6. So all these originalists then should have no problem with the newly elected Congress, who are in charge of such matters, eliminating the last 3 Justices from the Corp, right? Bye bye Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Coney Barrett, leaving 3 each from the 2 Parties, a balance.
