According to this article, they're happy with Yellen, Kerry, Mayorkas and Thomas-Greenfield. However they are adamant that Biden not pick his former chief-of-staff Bruce Reed to head the OMB, a deficit hawk who wanted cuts to Social Security and Medicare. Both AOC and Omar signed a petition to that effect.
