Which is code of course for don't cut the wealthy or corporate tax rates too much because they fill our campaign coffers, so instead let's take it out on those who are hurting the most.  

And btw, she loathes Bernie and progressives. And it's becoming more apparent that Biden does too with picks like this. As a senior citizen who has EARNED my social security benefits by paying into the system my entire working life I find it atrocious that Tanden and Biden, given their history, will likely cut my benefits with at least their chained CPI scam. Bernie of course is right that we need to expand our benefits instead. And to remove the cap on contributions to the system, where those making more than $142,800 don't have to contribute further. With Tanden we will not see such progressive policy.
