Skip the Senate Joe and just do it

If Biden had the gumption he'd do what Twit did and just appoint who he wants on a temporary basis which doesn't need Senate approval. That's a big if though, since Joe seems wedded to some naïve and impractical notion that Repugs will actually work with him. You'd think he'd understand that given what Obama went through with them.
