Given it's literally severe, mass mental illness? They need to be removed on grounds of mental incapacity, then given free mental health treatment on Medicare For All. Perhaps one day they can recover enough to be functional human beings again. By then we'll have good jobs from the Green New Deal waiting for them. Quite a difference from what they have planned for us, eh?
