OMG that's ludicrous, given his use of the filibuster does exactly than via his incessant obstruction. But he reveals his true nature when he said that if they persist "it would be a nightmare. I guarantee it." It has already been a nightmare your entire time as leader, and will continue to be as long as you and your Party have turned fascist. So what's the difference then? May as well get rid of the filibuster and have some power over your evil.
