Tapper with National Guard Chief

Tapper goes through the timeline on Jan. 6 and asks why when National Guard were urgently requested the Pentagon blocked it for hours. Of course the NG Chief just responded to his orders from the Pentagon and cannot answer that question, but the NG did mobilize appropriately when finally ordered to do so. He was very defensive about that point and explained in detail. Also, what NG presence that was pre-approved for Jan. 6 was not at the Capitol but at Metro stops and traffic control points. And they were not equipped  or prepared to handle the sort of threat at the Capitol. WTF is up with that?
