Will Biden hold treasonous Twitler and Repugs accountable?

He gives a speech about unifying America. At this point in the talk (below) he praises some of the Repugs for acknowledging that some in their own Party were at least partly responsible for the coup. But when asked if they should resign Biden said they should just be beaten at the ballot box. This is a clear indication that he will not take any action to hold them accountable for their actions. And we have to wonder if he'll use the excuse of unity to not hold Twitler himself legally accountable for his many crimes. If so, as several legal scholars on fascism have amply noted, to not hold these crimes to account is tantamount to being complicit in future, and likely more severe and dangerous, fascism.
