A link to the satire flyers I created during and after my 1000-hour Holistic Health Practitioner training at the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego (formerly the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing), now defunct. I practiced bodywork professionally for 15 years in a chiropractic and neurologist office, as well as at a resort hotel.
I finally had to retire due to my own sports and accidental injuries catching up with me. And all of the martial arts, sports and movement training, as well as receiving hundreds of hours of bodywork, chiropractic and physical therapy, could only manage the injuries, not heal them. It it a realistic testament to the idealistic and magical thinking of the holistic health movement as a whole that if we just do the right things everything will work out. And which I parody in the satires linked.
