Dems fail to prevent Twit from running again

Recall in this post Reich noted that Dems had the power to prevent Twit from ever holding office again using Section 3 of Article 14 of the Constitution on a simple majority vote. They claimed that was a key to the 2nd impeachment. So after the Senate impeachment vote why didn't they pursue it? Krystal explores that in this video.
