Repugnacon apologist Salam tries to defend the GA law but McGhee stops him in his tracks and lays out the bottom line: 

"The Georgia law is based on a lie [voter fraud]. It is based on a historic turnout and black political power changing the direction of the State. [...] When you see a Party that has firmly said our game plan is to hold on to white power, and then they begin to rewrite the rules in a way that makes it harder for black people to vote [...this is the way] structural racism works" (4:34+).
