Hartmann: Repugnacon genocide strategy

Hartmann is generally rational, measured and accurate in his analyses. And he continues to be in this segment. The Repug plan is to create distrust in the vaccine so that their followers won't take it, thereby extending the pandemic's sickness and death. Which of course will keep the economy from fully functioning so that they can use that against Biden and Dems going forward. They are willing to sicken and kill people in order to maintain power. To me that's genocide by any definition.
