AOC on Manchin and dark money

She thinks this is a major impetus for Manchin's obstruction to For the People Act. Bipartisanship is just his lame excuse because he's voted for other legislation that had no Repug votes. AOC makes the obvious connection to his corruption:

"Look at the Koch brothers and [...] the Heritage Foundation [...] doing a victory lap, claiming victory over the fact that Manchin refuses to change on the filibuster. And I think these two things are very closely intertwined. [...] Dark money groups are funding these attacks on the right to vote" (6:56).
