Hartmann: Manikin will never become a Repugnacon

Thom discusses the fear some have that if Biden and Schumer pressure Manikin that he'll just flip to the Repug Party. However he would never survive a Repug primary because he voted twice to impeach Twit. So that is not only a fake excuse to not pressure him but a good reason why more pressure will work on him: Manikin needs Democratic voters to get re-elected to the Senate, or even if he decides to run for Governor again. That's some significant twisting leverage that needs to be applied to his stubborn arm, as Biden and Schumer are huge influences on how those votes will go.
