They have a drought and plenty of destructive fires. Yet somehow Nestle and almond growers get all the water in a State that typically has a regulation and enforcement for everything else. WTF is up with that corruption? I guess since those companies are getting the water virtually for free they can afford all the bribes to keep it going.
