As

over the edge into anti-democratic practices. So for the Dems to hate
that is not only reasonable but responsible if we want to retain
democracy. That can hardly be called polarization as if both sides are
equally wrong and right.

The Two-Party system is wrecking American democracy
Good article. If
the two-party system is a key factor, then why all the distaste for a
multi-party system? The usual answer is that if one votes outside the 2
Parties it distinctly advantages one of the other 2 Parties. So it's a
catch 22 in the US, for that very system makes it near impossible to
have multiple Parties.
