Corporate media reporting on Delta variant and Israel

I'm pleasantly surprised to see a corporate media outlet reporting on this since it doesn't fit with Biden's rosy picture of "we've won this war" frame. The Israel Ministry of Health data is that Pfizer's vaccine effectiveness dropped from 94% to 64% since May for symptomatic infection, while it dropped from 98% to 93% for hospitalization. 

Still not bad but it doesn't fit the rosy narrative and indicates not only can the vaccinated get it but likely pass it on. And it certainly doesn't support the irresponsible and dangerous policy of not checking for vaccination before one goes into public events without a mask, as that in effect allows the unvaccinated to do so too and we know that they are catching and spreading Delta like wildfire right now.
