While it is a legitimate question on what constitutes free speech, that ain't what's happening in Twitler's lawsuit. He is selling the lawsuit as based on that freedom but it is filed in the wrong jurisdiction so going nowhere. Twit and his lawyers have to know that and know that it's frivolous.
So what's it really about? Twit's speech refers those who want to join in the suit to go to the America First Policy Institute website. And there they are soliciting donations to supposedly defend his and our freedom. It's a scam plain and simple to once again rip off well meaning folks. Twit is yet again taking advantage for his own gain and nothing more. Unfortunately he also knows he's convinced a lot of people to believe his lies so he can rip them off at will. Saager explains:
