Fully vaccinated likely spreading Delta

Christopher Murray, the director of the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation and who advises the White House, said that "data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention may mask the virus' true spread." This is because the CDC advises not to test the vaccinated unless they are symptomatic. And it's likely that some of the vaccinated have Delta but are asymptomatic and transmitting the disease. Part of the rapid spread in the US is "due to the Delta variant and the fact that everybody's stopped wearing a mask and just basically stopped most precautions."
