Hartmann: Why are some Repugs now promoting vaccines?

For the longest time Repugs created vaccine hesitancy to cause disease and death so they could blame it on Biden and Dems. But now that the Delta variant is burning through all those Repug counties, which are the majority of new cases, are they finally realizing their strategy backfired and that they will now take the rightful blame for it?
