The vote was 69 - 30 with 19 Repugs voting for it. Now we'll see if the House Dems delay its passage until the Senate passes the Democratic version via reconciliation. They're promised to do so, and to reject the bi-partisan Bill until the other one is passed. Will they keep to their promise? I'm having doubts.
