What could we expect from a commission report containing Federalist Society members spouting their ideology? That's exactly what we got, with them concluding that stacking the Corp would "reinforce the notion that the Justices are partisan actors," claiming they are not. Seriously?
Unfortunately Biden had to know this would be the conclusion given the makeup of the commission. And that it would provide him cover to not stack the Corp under the guise of this false pretense. It boils down to an excuse to continue the obviously biased attack on our democracy by an equally biased and corrupt Corp whose sole interest is a defunct ideology refusing to join the 21st century.
But did we really expect anything other than this from Biden? If so we were fools, unfortunately so for democracy.
