Frances Haugen testified that FB's own research showed that they were aware that some of their content was harmful to teens yet promoted it anyway. Growing and expanding the company trumps those there who see the harms. Ultimate responsibility for FB decisions rests with Zuckerberg. Therefore outside oversight is required.
