Democrats don't learn at our expense

Sirota reports that removing the SALT cap deduction benefits the wealthy and does absolutely nothing for the rest of us. Plus it allows the Repugnacons to once again spin the narrative that the Dem Party is for the elites and not the working class. And unfortunately that is true. It was exactly how Twit and the Repugs won big in 2016 and it will likely work again in '22 and '24.

So WTF  is up with the Dem Party doing this? Their leaders are smart people so they either have to know this is the case or be in some seriously sick denial. In the former case it speaks to their intentional abandonment of the working class. In the latter case the result is the same so their knowledge or motivation is moot.

The same goes for the very real issue of the Repugnacon Party going full fascist. Surely they can see this or again be in some seriously sick denial. Same result: Their lack of openly calling it what it is and not fighting like hell to stop it in effect let's it happen. So again their knowledge or motivation is moot and we lose democracy altogether. Therefore we the people must demand our progressive representatives to declare political war on the Party itself if we ever have any hope of keeping it. Anything less isn't going to cut it.
