Will Biden get the filibuster exception for voting rights?

This article details the Democratic Senate plan to pass the Freedom to Vote Act.  So it comes down to if Biden can pressure Manchin and Sinema to carve out an exception to the filibuster. Does anyone believe Biden will do what's necessary to achieve this? He failed utterly with Manchin on BBB.
