I recently watched Soloman's presentation on blue hydrogen to the Progressive Democrats of America, Central NM Chapter. I couldn't find that online yet but here is one he did earlier. It's an example of when our human obsession with complexity creates further harm instead of addressing the problem.
The meme below illustrates this succinctly. Sometimes something as simple as stopping the destruction of forests and planting more trees could go a long way toward the solution. But at this point we'll also need to use our capacity for complexity to create sustainable solar and wind tech. It's not complexity per se that's at issue; it's which kind and how much.
Join the resistance: Do no harm/take no shit. My idiosyncratic and confluent bricolage of progressive politics, linguistic framing, the collaborative commons, next generation cognitive neuroscience, American pragmatism, de/reconstruction, dynamic systems, embodied realism, psychodynamics, aesthetics. It ain't much but it's not nothing.
Complexity: Which kind and how much?
