Look how hard Ukraine is fighting for democracy. Americans take it for granted and don't think what's happening there can happen here. And yet that process is already well underway, one example being how NitTwit and the Repugnacon Party are supporting Putin. As Colbert quoted Jefferson: "The price of democracy is eternal vigilance." If we fail in that through complacency we will ultimately lose our democracy.
