Biden promised to go after Russian oligarch banks

He said so in the SOTU last night. And yet he's providing a waiver for Credit Suisse (CS). This is particularly troubling because CS is linked to those oligarchs. CS has also has pleaded guilty to defrauding investors and aiding wealthy clients in tax evasion. Yet they continue to have a waiver to manage US retirement accounts. Let's hold Biden to his promise and remove CS from its current waiver and stop dealing with them at all.
