Yep, 28 USC 455 is quite clear about this. If Roberts won't do anything about it and Thomas won't recuse, then the House should impeach him ASAP. Granted the Senate won't convict, just like they did not twice with Twitler. But this close to an election it just might influence its outcome against the corrupt Repugnacons.
