Federal Judge: Twitler more likely than not committed felony

So said US District Judge David Carter, ruling in the case that Eastman must provide emails he's been so far holding back. Carter said:

"The Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021. The illegality of the plan was obvious. [...] Dr. Eastman and President Trump launched a campaign to overturn a democratic election, an action unprecedented in American history. Their campaign was not confined to the ivory tower - it was a coup in search of a legal theory."

Will the Jan. 6 Committee refer this to the Attorney General for prosecution? Will the AG prosecute if they do? Why am I still having doubts in both cases? Perhaps it has something to do with the Manhattan DA backing out on charges.
