They said so in a federal court filing:
"The Select Committee also has a good-faith basis for concluding that the President and members of his Campaign engaged in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States."
I only hope this develops into the Justice Dept. prosecuting criminal charges against the whole lot, up to and especially the head of the snake.
