UN Report: It's now or never on climate action

We have to reduce fossil fuel use substantially and quickly move to renewables NOW or else "some major cities will be under water, unprecedented heatwaves, terrifying storms, widespread water shortages and the extinction of a million species of plants and animals." So said the UN based on the latest IPCC report.

The US cannot afford to dilly dally with slow incremental change. Which means we must elect a progressive majority in Congress and the Presidency NOW if we are to have any chance of averting climate disaster. The next two elections are critical for this urgent demand, for if we do not then we will face the dire consequences. Or rather, our children and grandchildren will. Is this what you want to leave them?
