Only
now recreational pot is becoming legal in more and more States. I was a
big pothead back in the day, even having the nickname Ed the Head. I
couldn't wait for the day when it was legal. Now that it is, having quit
a few decades ago, I have no desire to use it at all anymore.
As
to the lyric "it don't cost very much," that has dramatically changed.
The price has skyrocketed. But then again, so has the THC content. Given
the latter indeed "it lasts a long while."
