It's obvious they think anyone should be able to carry a concealed weapon based on fear, even if it's imagined. And it's often those imagined fears--or worse, intentionally provoked by Pox Spews and their ilk--that directly lead to these acts of gun violence. But the Corp no doubt will eventually rule that such violent incitement is protected free speech.
