According to recent data more than 40% of people in the US have had COVID. Of that group 19% have experienced symptoms of long COVID. It is defined "as symptoms lasting three or more months after first contracting the virus, and that they didn’t have prior to their COVID-19 infection."
So yeah, we have treatments now that reduce the risk of hospitalization and death. But it doesn't eliminate those categories. And given that most US counties are experiencing high transmission rates, let's just keep passing it on so that a significant % of people still get pretty sick and/or die. And 19% of those that get it continue to have long-term symptoms. If that is still acceptable to you to the point of ignoring safety protocols and continuing to take chances transmitting COVID to others then there is no cure for the likes of you.
