11th Circuit Court of Appeals rules for DOJ

The Court ruled that the DOJ can resume using the classified documents in their criminal investigation.  The also said that Trump provided no evidence that he declassified those documents and he has no personal claim to them. They added that the classification issue is a red herring anyway, since declassifying them doesn't change their content or render them personal. The Court continued that the classified documents need to be kept secret to protect national security sources and methods.
