DOJ's 2-part Appeal

This video gets into the minutia of what they DOJ filed today. I'll simplify it. DOJ is asking Cannon to reconsider her stay on preventing DOJ from using the classified documents in their criminal investigation, as that is critically necessary for the ongoing national security issue. They also gave her an ultimatum that is she does not then they will take this up with the 11th Circuit Court.

Why DOJ is giving her this chance is beyond me. Cannon has already proven she is not the least interest in the law or national security. She is only interested in helping Twitler, likely because she thinks if he beats this rap and becomes President again he'll owe her a Supreme Court nomination.

DOJ cannot think she'll actually do what they want? The only possible rationale for giving her this chance is to make it even more apparent that she is nothing but a crony. We all are already quite aware of this fact and need no further convincing. Does DOJ think it will strengthen their Appeal before the 11th Circuit? That their legal arguments are so convincing they can't refuse to grant it or they too would look like partisan hacks?

Given there are 6 Twitler appointees on the Court there is a strong likelihood that one or more loyal Twiotiots will comprise the 3-judge panel that will decide the case. So is all of this preparation for an appeal to the Supreme Corp, which we already know has a majority of Twitiots on board? Something smells awfully rotten here.
