VA medical facilities to offer abortions

Even in States that make it illegal. This is huge. Since such facilities are on federal property it overrides State law. Of course it is only available to veterans and their eligible dependents, but that is a sizeable portion of the local population. It's a wonderful way to help those in need while giving a justified slap in the face to those States that are denying women their rights of health, safety and privacy.
