Luttig becomes co-counsel in SCOTUS Moore v. Harper

You might recall this retired, very conservative judge's statements before the Jan. 6 Committee (video below). He has now joined this SCOTUS case as co-counsel with Neal Katyal to argue against the Republican independent legislative theory, which claims legislatures have the sole right to determine election results. 

Luttig said this case is "without question the most significant case in the history of our nation for American democracy. [...] There is literally no support at all in the Constitution. [...It is] antithetical to the Framers’ intent, the text, and the Constitution’s fundamental design and architecture."
