He sums up the history of the issues and filings. DOJ is going back to the 11th Circuit to get the entire special master ruling dismissed. If done that would make moot Trump's appeal to SCOTUS to allow the special master review the classified documents. And if/when the entire special master issue is dismissed Tribe thinks DOJ with then indict Trump.
He also addresses the issue of Thomas overseeing the SCOTUS appeal. Tribe asserts Thomas doesn't have the solo power to interfere in the investigation but will have to go to the full Court to rule. Tribe thinks SCOTUS will deny Trump's appeal because the latter's arguments are empty. Tribe has been correct all along on this case so hopefully he's right again.
