Everyone knows, including the domestic terrorists making this threat, that it would create calamity. So don't negotiate with them Mr. President. It's likely just a threat. But if not and they follow through, the disaster is completely on them. It will provide the necessary political ammo for an effective campaign that gets them all voted out in '24.
