Does the 13th Amendment grant the Constitutional right to abortion?

That's the question Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly asked in a pending criminal case against anti-abortion activists. The repeal of Roe only addressed the 14th Amendment. The 13th abolished slavery but also prohibits 'involuntary servitude.' The question is whether forcing a woman to birth a child fits that description. The judge asked both sides to submit briefs addressing the matter.

This opens the door for yet another Supreme Corp challenge on the issue. One can wonder though if the Corp. will once again rule against any right to female bodily autonomy, since their religious fanaticism would seem to agree that women are indeed property so must submit to involuntary servitude. And while the Corp. is granting rights to the fetus, once it is born it too much submit to involuntary servitude to the neoliberal economic forces that enslave it from that moment forward.
