If you're really concerned about the budget

Then reverse that giant tax scam the Repugs passed that only benefited them and their their bribers, screwed the rest of us and added greatly to the deficit. That Repugs will not shows it's not the debt they care about but stealing from the rest of us to feed their greed. 

If the Dems had any guts they would do this in the Senate and set up the fight with the Repugs in the House defending this theft, drawing clear lines for the '24 election. Big if, I know.
