Ball: Stewart dunks on Summers

Krystal provided some video clips of their interview and comments thereon. Summers has been wrong at every turn, yet he is still the star witness for neoliberalism. In this case it's about his support of the Fed continuing to raise interest rates to slow inflation. But as Krystal shows, all that is doing is laying off workers when the main causes of inflation are price gouging and supply chain issues.

Summers neoliberalism is "socialism for the rich, rugged individualism for the poor." He's all in when it comes to bailing out the banks, yet all out when it comes to bailing out student debt. Hence his support of hurting the working class via higher interest rates, which just happen to further fatten corporate profits. Ball and Stewart expose Summers' BS propaganda and demolish that entire ideology. But leave it to corporate media to keep hiring Summers to keep the myth alive.
