Freedom of speech and hate speech

Per this source "the Supreme Court unanimously reaffirmed that there is no 'hate speech' exception to the First Amendment." However, there are exceptions if such words:

"by their very utterances tend to inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace";

"where such advocacy is directed to inciting imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action";

"when it poses an imminent danger of unlawful action, where the speaker has the intention to incite such action, and there is the likelihood that this will be the consequence of that speech."

Which of course depends on which court decides as to what constitutes these exceptions. Our current Supreme Corp will eventually decide US v. Trumpler if/when he is convicted of such incitement. It will also decide if/when the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers appeal to it over seditious conspiracy convictions. These cases will tell us a lot if the Corp is protecting free speech or free reign to hate and violence, democracy or fascism.
