Jack Smith files motion for protective order

During discovery the DOJ must provide their case to the defense. However, the protective order demands that that information not be made public. The defense has agreed to it. If it is made public there will be civil and criminal penalties. Trumpler no doubt will be unable to keep from blabbing about it in public so we'll see if and how Cannon enforces it.
