He agrees with Popek that Cannon won't last long as the presiding judge on the indictment case. He cites a law that a judge who has displayed prejudice in a case can be removed. Given that the 11th Circuit has previously reprimanded her he thinks that if Cannon does not recuse herself that a DOJ challenge will certainly succeed.
