Willis: Bi-partisanship is over

To continue to attempt it is not only naive but counterproductive. The facts are that 

"At this point in history the Republican Party is beyond saving. The party has over the decades, again and again, chosen to embrace conspiracy theories, bigotry, and crackpot economic ideas that devastate the country and the world." 

If only Democrats could understand that this is a war against fascism and playing nice can only go horribly wrong. Instead we should 

"press [our] advantage and [...] go for the political kill. [...] In a zero-sum game, Democrats and liberals need to understand that the only option available to them is winning or becoming the zero. The only way to win is to always be on offense, always fighting. [...] All we can do is hand them anchors so they drown and hope for the best."
